I cried when I read the last few sentences of this. Amazing!

Wow. I was thoroughly impressed. This will sound strange, but I believe that a good piece will generally have a good title (the reason I always rack my brain for entry titles on my journal). There was just something about the phrase "74 Truths and One Lie" that struck a chord with me. Titles just do that to me.

The title immediately intrigued me, too. And while reading it, I was carried along by the snippets of info contained in each fact. Very effective storytelling.

that broke my heart. i completely got the first commenter who said "my insides just fell out".

the most painful line to me was when all he said about his wife was "i can't live without her". but you can live without me?! that would totally be my reaction & i would be furiously broken-hearted.
