Jazz Festivitating

We had a fine time soaking up the sun, fun and music on the first day of Jazz Fest 2006. As we danced, ate and drank our way around the Fairgrounds, we enjoyed the music of the Creole Wild West Mardi Gras Indians, Bryan Lee & The Blues Power Band, Keb' Mo', Terrance Simien & The Zydeco Experience and Yerba Buena.

Lots of people were cramming themselves in during and after Keb' Mo' so they could see Bob Dylan on the same stage. We didn't stick around after Keb' Mo' to see old Bob. Juannie and I are not big Dylan fans plus I was ready to dance. I didn't hear about much dancing going on over by Bob. My dancing continued after Terrance Simien all through the set by Yerba Buena.

A few pictures from the first day of Jazz Fest 2006. I'll post more later.
