Catsup v. Ketchup - The Cage Match

This is the kind of thing that I think about when I am trying to fall asleep...

Who pronounces it as cat-sup? Doesn't everyone say ketch-up? And why is it even spelled catsup? I think it just confuses things.

Does anyone say cat-sup? Please let me know. I am very curious.
