In The Midst of Middlesex

Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides is the best book I have read in years. I am forcing myself not to rush through this deliciously complex tour de force and I am already dreading the prospect of finishing it. What a great choice for the first book group meeting! I cannot wait to hear what everyone else has to say about it.
