Before this weekend, I'd never heard about The BTK Killer. All that I've read and heard about Dennis Rader reminds me of the HBO movie, Citizen X. This movie came out about ten years ago and tells the story of the crimes and the search in the Soviet Union for "The Butcher of Rostov", who killed 52 people. The movie has an excellent cast and the hunt for the killer is riveting.
